A private large driveway in a quiet residential area with friendly neighbourhood looking out for each other. In walking distance to Carpenders Park Overground station and Bushey Station (Overground and London Midland mainline station - fast train straight into Euston in approx 17 mins). You could also walk to Moor Park tube station (Metropolitan line) which would take approx 30 mins. There is also bus that comes down the road every hour (during day time hours) which takes you straight into the centre of Watford. You can walk into the centre of Watford in under 45 mins. If parking for a match at Vicarage road stadium, you are far enough away not to be affected by traffic or large crowds to get to the parking space but not too far away to walk (walking to Vicarage road will take approx 35-40 mins). The M25 and M1 are also close by, only a 15 minute drive so ideal if taking a taxi to the airport (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton). Myself or my father are often at home during the day as are a lot of the residents which would provide extra security.
