Cromwell Road - Earl's Court Car Park

Excellent little gem of a carpark tucked away at the edge of Kensington. Although suited for smaller cars I got a large estate in with millimetres to spare.

Although easy to find, it is a VERY tight turn into the entrance and the spaces in the car park are very small. I drive a Kia Niro and while I could have fitted into a couple of spaces there wouldn't have been enough room to open the car door. However, there was one space I could squeeze into which allowed me to get in and out of the car. Recommended for small cars only

Conform to the description

Very safe parking location. I saw other reviews saying that it wasn't suitable for large vehicles so thought my Audi A5 would be fine but it was extremely tight. I had to a bit of back and forth to just get it down the slope and then managed to scuff the underside of my bumpers front and back and the underside of my car due to the very steep slope. I would recommend small cars only or small people carriers with high clearance.

Booked parking the night before for family visit to London. Justpark entered the reg without confirming or asking for it to be checked and we only found out once we'd paid that it was the wrong reg. Tried amending the reg and it wouldn't allow any changes, instead, it said to cancel the booking and rebook with the correct reg which I did. I then got an email saying we wouldn't be refunded for the first booking as it was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice after I'd already rebooked! Will never use them again! Absolute con!

It was difficult to find the address ; not really on the main road rather at the back . No assistance could be obtained on phoning the number provided despite many attempts to get a reply . I lost some 45 minutes although I arrived exactly on time . Parking was not easy between two cars ; quite tight. The driver would not be able to get off the car even in parking is managed . I would not recommend it to others even that to cost was relatively low . The car came out with clear long scrathces on the left hand side on the door and wing .

Very Helpful

Someone parked their car on the entrance instead of parking in the car park. Had to wait for 30-45minutes and make 1000s of call to just park and euro park. The europark contact number that justpark gave was invalid and incorrect. Very bad experience
