The road to the car park was closed and said no entry. We couldn't find another way to it so ended up going down this road as otherwise we would have missed our train. Because of this we did not feel that our vehicle was very secure

Unable to access. Directions given did not lead to an entry point. Had to park in multistory nearby instead to avoid missing train, so ended up paying twice for parking. Would not use this service again.
