I recieved an email saying I had 20% off my parking bill. I never got 20% off. I found it extreemly difficult to log on as the email seemed to cause a conflict with the way I normally log onto Just Park. The ap then seemed determined to charge me the highest price possible rather than the 3-4hr band. I'm not impressed. Don't send promotional emails u less they actually work. I suffer from anxiety and being messed about for 15 minutes it what is usually a simple operation was not appreciated!
