Great location for rugby fans, just a 5-10 min walk to Twickenham Stadium and 5 mins to The Stoop for Harlequins games. The space is big enough to fit an estate car / 4x4.
Please note the following important information on local road closures for games at Twickenham Stadium:
If you're using the spot on game days then local road closures are enforced 2 hours before kick off and typically 2 hours after full time so arrive at least 2 hours prior to kick off as local roads including the entrance to Court way via Whitton Road are closed 2 hours before and 2 hours after the game. Roads are opened back up when the game is being played should that be required.
Fortunately there is a great alternative route to get on to the A316 westbound if you need to leave whilst the local road closures are in place (i.e. straight after the game's finished). Just leave via Egerton road (which adjoins Court Way). There will be a steward at the barrier who will open it for you, typically without a word but just say you're a resident on the street if asked.
If you arrive whilst the closures are in place (within 2 hours of kickoff) you can use Egerton road entrance, off the A316 for that too. A steward will be there who will let you in (again say you live on the street if asked). You will need to be driving westbound to access it so if you're arriving eastbound on the A316 you'll need to do a U-turn at the roundabout at the top of Whitton Road.

Perfect spot for Rugby at Twickenham, easy to find and 6 mins walk to Stadium , just bear in mind you need to get to it 2 hours match kick off ( as roads close) . Easy exit out of side road with manned barrier after match , will definitely use again.

However we were unable to access the parking space for several hours due to complete road closures in the area.
Owner was lovely and very helpful.
Sadly the lower rating is just accessibility issues on the day
