Hassle free. Good parking and safe

I would like to raise a complaint and obtain a full refund of the fees paid to park here. The facility was not open when I (and others) arrived despite there being an official on the gate. He was very helpful but could not open the facility to let us park. Apparently the venue manager did not realise there was a rugby event on and had not unlocked the gate. I had to park elsewhere in order to meet the group I was hosting at the event at 12:00. I waited around 25 minutes from arriving before deciding to park elsewhere. This encroached into and beyond my pre booked timing from 11:30. Please review and refund my costs. I won't recommend this venue to you or other just park users.

Arrived at car park it wasn't open cars queuing no way of entering , we had booked the space from 12 , apparently there was an issue with the entry barrier , we were attending a game and had booked a restaurant we had to park elsewhere , parking attendant apparently arrived later to than entry time to allow access , so £36 lost and additional parking was found there were several vehicles in the same situation who had paid for parking , I hope the vendors will be refunding us
