Parking on Chudleigh Road, TW2

While the parking was extremely convenient and the service from just parking was faultless, the hosts neglected to mention that the street we parked on was ‘restricted’. We used the service to watch a sports event and on game days the street is closed after the game finishes. Which we and several other customers found as we tried to leave and was not pointed out when we booked. That meant that we had to sit in our car for 2 hours with three children waiting for the road to be opened so we could embark on a 4 hour drive home. The 11 other cars caught in the same predicament also including children and elderly people trying to find easy access had a similar experience. Suggestion - compel the hosts to explain if you use their driveway you can’t leave the area until 11pm after the event (which is information prominently displayed on signs outside their property that people from outside the area would not know). NB the stewards who had to deal with several agitated families explained that this happened at every event so this was not an isolated occurrence.

Could not read instructions on JustPark app for second car to arrive. Be aware that the road is closed on match/event days so you have to wait for crowds to disperse before the police remove the Road Closed barrier.

Having booked this space from 15.00 to 21.00 I was unable to use it at all. By the time we arrived all access roads were closed to traffic and we were not permitted to gain access to Chudleigh Road. At no point (that I can see in correspondence) were we told that we had to park before a certain time. We ended up parking on another driveway in a neighbouring road, thanks to great kindness of another local resident which earned them £40. Just park is a good idea, and the welcoming e-mails from the property owner were very good, but the practicality of using it were frustratingly poor.

Great location for Twickenham Stadium, we had no issues at all finding the address and parking up. It is worth noting, as Karen mentions in her instructions we were stuck behind the road closure for nearly two hours after concert aside from that great location easy booking and no major issues. Thank you

Very easy to find and just a few hundred yards from the stadium. Shame that the roads around the stadium were closed for two hours after the match so stuck in the road. But that is not the fault of the house owner. Would recommend.
