Parking on Chertsey Road, TW2

The space was booked 3pm onwards, I arrived at 5.30pm, the road the parking is located on is split in two with bollards, the map function on the app takes you to the wrong address. Found the house and the drive already had two vehicles on it, no space for mine. £15 charged to park roadside out side their house. Called the number on the booking and no answer or return call. No instruction on exactly how to access property or where the parking actually is. Really unimpressed, will log a complaint with Just Park and pursue a refund. Don't bother parking here.

Very disappointed when I arrived to find there was no parking space available. I booked this prior to us leaving to have the reassurance with no stress for parking to find the complete opposite. We had to search for a spot last minute, making us late for the game. I expect a full refund.

Excellent - a 5-star experience

Slight hitch with the sat nav locating the place but arrived with no problems at the driveway. 10-15 min walk to stadium but location meant I missed the worst of the traffic when leaving. Great service, would recommend and use again! Thanks!

Space was double booked. The owner of the space was apologetic and had attempted to contact me the day before (but did not get hold of me) which are mitigating circumstances but fact remains I needed to find a space at very short notice as I had turned up to find a car in the space I was expecting to use.
