We are a 2 minute walk away from Twickenham Stadium and a 5 minute walk away from Harlequins. We have 2 drive spaces and one permit. We usually put our car on the drive in the corner so one car can book into the easy access space and give the other car the permit and park anywhere on the road.

Only issue was that I thought I was going to leave my car on someone's drive, not parked up in the street. No issues just a bit of a surprise at the beginning.
