As a person with a blue badge the disabled parking bays are on a slope . Having to ensure the trolly dosnt roll away whilst unloading plus trying to maintain one's balance is disconcerting.. add to the fact of having g to pay £1.20 for the privilege of shopping in Sainsbury's . Due to factors I can't explain the receipt on my phone didn't arrive in time to claim the parking back at the till . Yes I always use the just park app as it saves having to walk to the ticket machine and back up a slope .. plus who carries change these days

I wanted to pay by cash, but the machines don't allow you. You have to pay with your phone or card, it's not always convenient

I object strongly to having to pay to park at the only local supermarket.
THERE SHOULD BE ONE HOUR FREE FOR SHOPPERS AND HIGHER CHARGES FOR PEOPLE STAYING LONGER, WITH A MAXIMUM STAY OF 4 HOURS.
