Despite messaging in advance it wasn't easy to establish exactly where we were to leave the vehicle bearing in mind it was an early morning. Need to knock on the door to confirm and was asked to park across the road in a public layby and not in the parking space that we had booked! Eventually we were allowed to park on the area as per the booking details. We had booked this space until 10pm on the day of pick up but was being messaged by the owner by 5.45pm when we would be arriving to collect the vehicle. Having said that it is very convenient for a 'mid M4 corridor' parking place but probably wouldn't book it again.
