This space is difficult to find and the current instructions from the owner do not help. I booked this space but couldn't find the property - called the owner who didn't answer his mobile. After several unsuccessful calls and frustrating drives up and down the road, I ended up having to pay to park elsewhere. I've had no answer from the owner after messaging him about a refund. Part of the conditions of this system is that you are available to assist parkers in finding the space and this did not happen.
