Close to Surbiton station and Kingston University

for me and my wife it is an ideal place to park as our daughter lives only 50 yards away as it is parked at the back it is out of sight of people we use it on a regular basis and have always had good service Dave Myers

Hi Nick, I've requested for this review to be private and I feel that I need to inform you of a recent incident. Up until Friday 20th September the parking space had been absolutely ideal for my commute to work, however on that day after work I was returning to my car only to be greeted by, what I'm assuming to be, a neighbour of yours, on his balcony, naked and calling out to me. Considering that your apartments are in the local vicinity of several schools I alerted them and the police who I believe have already dealt with the issue. Up until this point the space had been perfect and I was considering asking for an extended period of time to park there. I hope you understand that for my own safety and peace of mind I won't be using the space once my slot has expired. I wish you all the best in the future, and I hope this doesn't impact any more of your revenue on the space. I'd like to thank you for letting me use your car parking space up to this time. Nice space, easy to find, feels secure as it is located behind the property and about 15 minutes walk to work near the University at a leisurely pace.

Very good instructions and details given, and just what we needed at short notice - excellent service. The parking slot itself didn't seem to be allocated, but had no issues whatsoever with the location, which is well off the road and very easy to use. Thanks again!
