I have an extremely secure, underground car parking space available to rent in the centre of Sunderland (couldn't get anymore centre if you tried),
It's ideal for business pleasure and/or personal pleasure.
My car parking is allocated, underground, which compromises of full use of security gates (Electronic Key to access), along with 24/7 CCTV in operation.
My parking space is in a very affluent area of the Sunderland, West Sunniside.
Due to the cost of replacement of the security key, I would require a deposit of £30 before the key is released. I will meet you, and arrange for any transfers, and then once you are ready to return, providing that the key is in good condition, then the £30 deposit will be released.
If you are heading to the Stadium of Light, the walking distance is approximately 10 minutes away. However, metro transport is 2 minutes away, which in turn will you get you there in minutes.
If you are staying at the Travelodge, then the walking distance is a maximum of 2 minutes.
