Space was taken when I got there, and when I left (7 hour booking). Had to purchase local parking instead. This should be removed from the platform

I arrived at the space and there was no space to park. I knocked on the door and tenants answered saying there was no space to park as the landlords vehicles were blocking the drive and he wasn't available. I tried calling the number but it rang out.
I nearly missed the bus to Creamfields and would be reluctant to use this facility again sadly. I would like a refund please
