Parking on Etruscan Street, ST1

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this company. I rented a parking space believing everything was properly arranged, only to find out that the space actually belonged to a private individual. This person contacted my company to complain that I had parked in the wrong spot. This situation was extremely embarrassing, and on top of that, I received an unfair reprimand at work due to the company's mistake. It's unacceptable for a parking space to be rented out without the owner's knowledge. I sincerely hope this company takes more care in managing their parking spaces to prevent others from facing the same discomfort and inconvenience that I went through. Very disappointed with this experience.
