Arrived and there was no space on the drive. Took a photo. Didn't have time or confidence if I am honest to knock on the door but the access instruction was "the space is visible". Parked on the street - will be looking for a refund for this. Not a good first experience

The lady at no. 21 was very friendly as was her son (I assume it was her son), but I wasn't sure whether I needed to knock her door at the end of the parking period or just drive away.
