Parking my car was okey but the restrictions said permit holders from 3-4 and I parked in the morning until around 12 so I paid unnecessary money. So be aware of this if your not staying all day.

As described - single parking so no worries about any dings which is ace.
The owner is currently having work done but no obstructions, so all good.
Excellent price, other spaces further away from the station are often even more expensive than this.
