Shaw Street Car Park

After going thru the gap from the station into this area. There wasn't really any marked bays. There was also a man and a women in there. They looked like they were living rough there. So we stayed somewhere else.

I received a parking fine. Huge faff

absolutely terrible service I had pre booked this space as it was a stressful time and wanted to be assured that parking wasn't going to add to it. when we arrived at the allocated time I was allowed to book with yourselves there was no spaces completely full. we were also joined by other pre paid customers who were also upset. This I'd really disappointing and would like a complete refund please. Helen Foster

Arrived at the car park to find it totally full. Had to pay another £6 to park elsewhere. Numerous other just park customers arrived at same time and also had to find another car park.

When I arrived at the car park it was already full and over subscribed. I had to park outside on the stations car park

Got to car park for my ‘guaranteed’ parking space only to find the car park full and other people, who had also booked, looking for spaces. Cars just parked anywhere and no parking available at all. Had to find somewhere else to park making me late for my appt. Asked for refund, still waiting. Would not use again or recommend. Would give no stars if possible

After booking a space, we arrived and the car park was full. Now I have been advised a refund has been applied to my wallet but it will expire within a certain time if not used.

Absolute rip off. Paid on advance and the car park was full with no attendant. Will never use this again. Cowboys

Nowhere near enough spaces for the number vehicles booked - it didn't help the a major area was blocked buy a number of cones and then blocked by vehicles - The worst car park/parking I have ever used either Just Park
