On arrival the first time the owner was parked in the space but I called and she answered straight away and directed me to another space she had around the corner. She was very helpful.

There should be another way of contacting the owner of the space. If possible leave a sign of just park. As it could be the same number for different spot. This happened with me yesterday.

I am sorry to inform you that I am really disappointed with the parking experience that I had today, as I didn't receive the service that I paid for. Today I reserved the parking from 12 till 4pm. When I arrived at 12.55 the bay that I had reserved, n3, was occupied by another car. I could not get hold of the owner's number so I contacted Just Park directly. Your representative, A. Benjamin, was very helpful and gave me the mobile number of MJ, the owner of the parking. When I finally managed to get in touch with MJ, MJ reassured me saying that she was coming straight away. This was at 13.04. I waited 20 minutes before messaging her again asking how far was she. No reply. I then waited an other 5 minute before leaving a message on her voicemail. She then called back saying that she didn't remember of sending a text that she was coming. Instead she said to move the car and to park on another number 3 bay in front of the house near the woods. I looked around but I could not find it. She seemed annoyed with me. When I said that what she did was unprofessional she shrugged it off and said that she was trying to help me! Anyway, the other bay 3 was also taken so MJ said for me to park in bay 2. I was really upset and worried about getting a fine or even worse somebody damaging my car that I cut my stay to St Albans short and left at 14.45 appx. A horrible parking experience. only a 10 min walk to st Alban's main high street area, so a good spot in a nice cul de sac.

Unfortunately on arrival there was already a car in the space. There was no phone number to contact the owner so we drove around for a while in case we had the wrong one. In the end we went back and rang the bell of the property marked 3, only to be told to park in number 2 instead. There was no apology from the owner. The space was in a great location and had plenty of room to park, but was disappointing the time we spent trying to find it, meaning we were half an hour late for our table booking.
