Easy parking, very convenient for me to catch the Hovercraft, a good 10 -1 5 minute walk. Would recommend.

Really convenient for Southsea beach front and easy to find, but parking space is short if parking in front of door step so bear this in mind. My Rav4 just nose poked over the pavement slightly. Recommend reversing into the space, makes it easier to get out.

Perfect spot for the Victorious Festival and very easy to find. No dropped curb so you have to run the gauntlet of Pompeys very impatient taxi drivers when you reverse in and get up the curb with enough force to make it but not end up in Mike's front room
