Parking on Dane Road, UB1

Upon arrival, I noticed there was no visible house address. I contacted the owner to confirm the house number, and she instructed me to park in the designated space. However, upon returning, a tenant approached me, expressing concerns that I should not park there, claiming that the owner is not permitted to rent out the space. Coincidentally, the owner arrived at the same time and attempted to resolve the situation. In retrospect, it would have been preferable for the owner and tenant to address any disagreements beforehand, ensuring clarity and preventing such incidents for future users of the parking space.

Resident at the location was a tenant who obstructed the space with his car, would not move it and when informing him that we booked this spot through just park he said he said we could not park there, he has a dispute with his landlord and we had to park elsewhere and get a refund. Very disappointing

The parking space was easy to find. The car that was already parked there was not parked straight, so it was difficult to park my car. I extended my parking time by 30 mins and was charged an additional £11.20!!!!!!!! Daylight robbery
