The space is a 5 minute walk from Sidcup Station. From this station it is a 20 minute train journey into the centre of London, with trains coming frequently. It is also 1 minute away from most major bus stops.
The space is a 5 minute walk to Sidcup Highsteet. This is convenient for people who appointments (opticians, beauty, cafes, restaurants) because there is not many non-resident permit holder parking spaces, if any.
During the weekend the side road spaces frequently fill up quickly and so the space I provide is much more trustworthy and reliable.

Apart from a technical error on the website about the location of the parking space.
Spoke to the owner on the phone who sorted out the issue right away and resolved the problem. Great place to park for what I needed. Will use again.
