having to remember arrival time is difficult at a hospital. would be better if the app had a method to remember arrival time rather than guess and get fined for incorrect parking times.

Parking meter was not working in zone 0 when I was leaving the hospital & no other meter in this zone ...so I had to use the Just Park app ....& I had to guess my time of arrival as meter would know this automatically ...& cost me more on the app . Currently I am visiting the hospital daily ...for past 2 weeks as my Mum is in hospital & it is costing me a fortune ( so far @ £100 ) must be cheaper / discount available for regular users surely ? How do I get cheaper parking ?

My card wouldn't work on any machine, despite working yesterday. I downloaded the app and it cost me £3.90 rather than £3.50. Kind of spoilt my mood, particularly as it was freezing cold traipsing about the hospital trying to pay so I could go home.
