Trying to find the car in the dark very difficult. No lights. No way to find out where the pay machines were in the dark after visit to emergency A and E. Awful experience very stressful. Also very difficult to pay online afterwards on the computer. Have finally managed to pay by downloading the app on phone. But not easy as both my partner an I are elderly.

Drove around for ages but no spaces. Had to keep leaving the car park and driving back in. I have a Blue Badge and was taking a cancer treatment patient but didn't even have time to register my badge because I couldn't even park to do that. Terrible place to try and park

Not enough parking and very tight ! Very difficult to pay had to do it later stressful not enough signage at the start of the visit to advise change of payment methods ! Tried phoning to find technical issues !!!

no parking spaces at front of A+E had to wait for someone to leave. very tight spaces with no room to parell park.. had to keep going forward and backwards locking steering wheel around. I have reversing camera and front camera that were going crazy trying to get into space
