Got to the space and owner advised that builders were coming and they would need to move the car. I agreed to this. Came back after my appt to find steering wheel in the car lose. Owners did not tell me they had broken the steering wheel and sent someone else to the door to return my car key. Had a difficult drive home with broken wheel no way of contacting them. Really unsatisfactory

The owner gave me a parking ticket despite me booking the driveway. I called JustPark and they told me that the owner was wrong to do so. I will appeal my ticket with evidence. JustPark will escalate this with the owner.
