Car park scruffy with poor signage which raised concerns in my mind that the vehicle could be a target for theft or vandalism. Website not simple if needed to extend parking for a short period. In fact not clear whether one is booking by the day or by time.

All good central and a very good price. Would have cost £13 at train station for same time. It was £4.99 here.

I booked a space in London. For some reason the system booked me a space in a town called Rochester. The support team gave me this response when I asked for help: “ The owner of the space provided the incorrect postcode and the incorrect map directions are administered by Google maps”. So how does that help me? And what is the point of Justpark apart from keeping my money for a service that wasn’t provided??? Joke of a company and needs looking into by trading standards.
