I booked on the day that I need to park at the time I needed to park. What I didn’t realise I’d book for two days later. It wasn’t until I got a text the day after I’d parked that I realised my mistake. I now have a fine, which I have paid l. £40 for a genuine mistake. I did speak with a person called Joshua, who tried to help me pay in retrospect but he couldn’t. His service was 5* as he was helpful but couldn’t help me
