Booked a parking spot. Was unable to find it after driving around for 30 minutes. Used their directions but still no luck.
I requested a refund but they tell me to contact the parking provider. What is the point of me contacting them now.

Very convenient space (only a two minute walk to Richmond Station). On the day we turned up out was clear it was match day (loads of fans gathered outside a nearby pub) and we did panic that our space, that we'd driven from South Wales to park in, would've been taken. But both spaces (had two booked) were available, easy to park in and I would highly recommend this spot for those travelling in to London
