Easy to find and easy to use (bays a bit narrow).
Despite other reviewers struggling to find the office, I found it easily.. just head to the exit of the car park and it's signposted.
The whole experience could be enhanced if APCOA used their existing ANPR capability to match the booking from JustPark and allow exit without validation...

Very easy and considerably cheaper than paying via the ticket machines. Validate your ticket at the Car Park Office which is located outside by the EXIT barriers.

I've been using this on a daily basis for some time now... Only just discovered you can book an entire week for the price of 2 days!... Brill!

The booking itself is easy and a fair price and the location is really convenient, however the validation of the parking ticket at the end of your stay is ridiculous. There are no clear instructions by Just Park or at the car park itself. You have to go and find a hidden kiosk, rather than using a ticket machine, and wait for someone who will check your ticket matches their paperwork and then go back to your car in order to exit. It seems like an archaic way of doing things that isn't clear at all.

The office where they validate your ticket is at the exit out towards the roundabout near Reading Bridge and is apparently open 24/7. All went smoothly for me.

Perfect Location - It IS the main Reading Station car park, so don't try looking for an Apcoa sign (it also is not the car park on the website picture, so don't look for that either). Only real issue is that the instructions for exit held by Just Park are wrong. When you leave simply go to your car and head for the Exit, the ticket validation office is on your left before you exit. It is NOT at an entrance, so don't waste time looking for it before going back to your car.

Easy. Location great- normally park here but difficult to justify cost but now its easy! Wish it auto validated ticket as the machines read your number plate anyways
