Parking on Vachel Road, RG1

This is a space under a block of flats. When I arrived there was another car in the space I had booked (I arrived within the hours I'd specified and paid for). I called the space owner who didn't know whose car it was and who wasn't around to sort it. He told me to park in another space but I didn't feel comfortable as I might be using someone else's allocated space. I did do so but came back later to check and moved my car then (lucky I could as I work relatively nearby) as the intruder's car was gone by then. Not happy that car owner doesn't have full ownership and visibility of 'his' space. Also this car park was hard to find; there was only one photo attached to the booking and it didn't show where the building was or any landmarks to look out for; only the space itself within the car park. Disappointed.
