Ticket machine didn't work

All was good until got to the exit barrier with in the 15 minute I was told I had on the app and the gate wouldn't open I phoned the help line and all they could say was they couldn't open the barrier and could I go back and pay on a machine (after I already said that I'm stuck at the barrier with a queue behind me) then tried to start a new session by charging me another £2 which didn't fix it and I haven't been refunded then put me on hold and the call ended the only help I then received was by the on site parking staff who have no relation to just park would never use again and wouldn't use a car park that had this .

Facilities were good , however leaving one star because I could not exit the barrier without asking for assistance, it then seems my vechicle number plate was somehow flagged in the system as on several future occasions when I revisited the same car park and paid in the traditional manner using the on site ticket machine the barrier would not open. I have never had an issue before using this app.

Payment machine not working paid online but still got stopped at barrier

Parking pay machine broke. No instructions on where to go onto pay. Sign Advised to use just park which took money but would not let me leave the car park. Had to go and find another machine and pay twice. No help in the car park or on the just park number. Really poor service

There should be parent child spaces on the lower levels rather than sending parents up to higher floors
