Gated accessible by electronic key fob. Though I'm generally around till 9am for access. PLEASE NOTE AS PREVIOUSLY STATED ON THE INSTRUCTIONS I HAVE TO LEAVE FOR WORK BY 9AM. If for some reason I am unable to gain the spare gate fob then I may not be home from work till after 7 on some days.

Key fob only available on site before 9am but owner was really helpful and dropped it off at our hotel reception for us to collect. Parking was excellent, gated, and felt safe. Thanks.

Booked the spot for Tuesday and all was ok. Booked it again for Wednesday which was confirmed however when I arrived in the morning there was already a car parked in the spot. Contacted owner upon arrival, never had a response the only option left was to find an alternate parking which cost £25. I will not use this owner again.
