Location is great, secure parking. High recommended to family and friends.

On our return we couldn't get in because there was no instructions on how to open the side gate. Make sure you have the entry code with you as there was no sign of anyone who would help.

I could not access the car park and had to go somewhere else. the code provided didn't work and I tried the option on the app to open the gate ... that didn't work either.... really disappointed.... I want a refund!

we couldn't actually get into the car park, the code didn't work and neither did the phone number printed on the front of the keypad...disaster. My husband had to get out the car to see if he could open the gate via an exit button. Luckily the pedestrian gate was broken so he gained entry, jumped over a high fence and pressed the exit button. It made us late to our event we were attending. I completed the online help form and heard nothing back. What an absolute joke.

The barrier would not open. When I called the number of the sign it was incorrect - please refund my booking

Always so easy to use with plenty of parking options

The option to open the gate via the app did not work no matter how close I stood to it. The only available spaces were between walls and other cars, with no other space to manoeuvre. It took so long to get safely into a spot, I was late for work.
