Was full even though I paid for the reservation.

First time using the app as RBH parking is a nightmare. So so easy to navigate, with clear parking signs

Put negatives for all because I have tried using these spaces multiple times, and after booking in advance, every time there has been a problem. Either the spaces are all taken or I got a parking ticket with a valid book. So unreliable and stressful. Whilst they are quick to credit your account with the refund you don't get your money back into your bank account and it doesn't solve the issue that you don't have a space when you need it.

The car park was full and there was no space to leave my vehicle. There was no contact number on the booking so I could not try to resolve. I have asked JustPark to raise a complaint and refund me but have not heard back. I was intending to use this space for parking for a hospital appointment and not having the space free that I had booked made the morning a lot more stressful.

Terrible. Parking spot was taken when I arrived late at night so I was effectively stranded with no parking. Would never use again

There was no space available on arrival and no number to call. eventually a place became available but I missed that start of my meeting

Easy to find and great parking spot really convenient

This is my new favourite spot in Reading - the Just Park signage makes it so easy

Not gated as stated in the listing, but it felt safe nonetheless. Also, the reference to enforcement being in place, in the confirmation message, is that your number plate needs to be logged at the time of booking to avoid a ticket.
