The parking arrangement was very easy to set up with clear instructions and information.
Payment was straightforward and problem free and there were a number of parking options and prices to choose from.

Paid and booked then got a parking fine which I had to spend time appealing. It was resolved but I had to spend time sorting it. I don't get how hard it is for two companies to talk to each other.

We booked via the website. We asked the customer service in ASDA about the signs that state it's 90 minutes only, however they said if youve paid via the app you could park anywhere.
So we did. Today we receieved a £80 parking fine.
How does that work???!!!!
