The initial booking process was easy and quick. The price charged seemed good value for money and the instructions were clear. It appeared to be an easy process to extend your parking time for a late return via the JustPark app but we arrived at the car park earlier than anticipated but couldn't find a way of booking and paying for a 30 minute early arrival. We didn't want to risk getting a fine by entering the car park early so we found alternative parking just around the corner where we could wait for 30 minutes. It was frustrating and would have been much better for us to have been able to bring forward the start time for our JustPark parking.

Spoke to the staff when we arrived who said, despite the sign at the entrance saying the gate would be closed 1hr after store closing, they never did! It was fine when we picked up the car at about a 7pm on a Sunday.

Just park is a good site to use to find parking.It is easy to use and the map helps to navigate where the parking is Good description and photos.Morrisons carpark was great, easy to park and near cruise terminal in Portsmouth Straightforward site to use and accurate.Always use for parking when going on holiday.Highly recommend

Simple booking process for long-term parking close to Portsmouth ferry port. Much cheaper than the multi-storey at the port and only half a mile away. No complaints at all!
