Western Road On-street

The Just park app failed to present the correct car park and only showed 2 locations (both of which it turns out were incorrect). I selected and paid for the one I thought was correct and got a parking ticket.

Very expensive for on-street parking.

even though I had paid to park I was stopped by enforcement officers who had no record of payment I showed them my receipt so should be ok but wondering why it wasn't registered?

you have taken the money due for the day I parked. Now you seem to be taking more money a week later for the same date. your prices are far higher than if I'd paid with cash. Will delete your app and never use again.

Your app is very poor, log in flawed, sending users round in circles , I tried about 6 times yesterday and it only worked when I changed my log in to apple instead of the previous painstaking method using my emails.

accidentally inserted incorrect registration details. no way to cancel on the app. tried calling, but couldn't get through to someone. emailed requesting a refund and almost a month has passed without a substantive (or in fact, an acknowledgement) response.
