Lighthouse Car Park

These spaces are not suitable for modern cars. After managing to get up the very narrow ramp without damaging my car, I parked in a space next to a pillar. I had to move my car as I couldn't get out - I am slim but alas not a stick! I won't be parking here again, it's not cheap either!

Very tight turning up levels, small spaces!

I received a parking ticket 45 minutes after I paid £9.20 for 8 hours of parking. Lack of communication and very unimpressed

spaces are too small & the ramps have too long corners that can cause you to mount & go over then when cornering each floor entrance / exit

Only negative was I requested 4 hours on the app and charged for 7 hours. Not happy!

This car pack is very tight for most vehicles to navigate. Automatic lighting so sections were dark before you fully entered

Smallest car park ever, built in the 60s or 70s by someone who hated cars, with tiny spaces and narrow ramps (which caused a car in front to scrape the side of their car). Strongly advise parking elsewhere!

The problem was payment. The ap would allow me to put in 2 hours but not 3. I had to pay £5 instead of £3. I didn't want to stay until 1400 on Sat!

Very tight turning up the ramps - clipped the tyres several times and/or had to manoeuvre to align. I arrived at 7.30 and booked using the app but when I inputted 3 hours (£3) to 10.30 to cover the concert the app would only allow a payment of £5 through to 7.00 am the next day. If I inputted 2 hours it was only £2 but the concert might have overrun and I would risk a penalty. I could not input duration of 2 hours 30 minutes. Very complicated, disappointing and frustrating as I just wanted to get to the Lighthouse and enjoy my evening.

Absolutely useless. I arrived after prebooking a space, to find the entrance gated. Pulling up to the entrance doesn’t raise the arms. There is no way to enter unless you have a pass card.
