Lighthouse Car Park

Due to the small parking spaces I hit the metal barrier as I reversed my car into a space. I now have a dent in my paint work. Exiting the car park was not simple, as the turning area to line up to come down the narrow ramp was impeded by an extremely large SUV blocking the way. The SUV did not fit into the space and caused other motorists difficulty to enter the down ramp. I saw two cars struggling to line up to decend. Both drivers scrapped their paintwork! Thankfully I managed without causing any further damage to my car!

Charging is extremely unfair. Why is there an all night charge when I am at the theatre til say 22:15?

Car park design is woefully out of date for size of modern cars. Very hard to manoeuvre and park anything bigger than a compact. Scrapes down the walls are plentiful evidence. Fee system is a con - makes it impossible to book 3 hours on a Saturday night at the theatre. It charged me for an overnight stay which I didn't want. V poor car park with limited other choice.

Too small a car park and your charges were well in excess of the stated pay and display charges. Won't be making that mistake again, particularly as there is free parking 5 minutes away I'm the evening.

Turns were tight going from floor to floor. My Toyota Rav had to mount the 'kerbs' on each corner and my proximity sensors were going crazy warning me to avoid walls. I shall not be using this place again.

Far too expensive

These spaces are not suitable for modern cars. After managing to get up the very narrow ramp without damaging my car, I parked in a space next to a pillar. I had to move my car as I couldn't get out - I am slim but alas not a stick! I won't be parking here again, it's not cheap either!
