Absolutely terrible. I will never park here again. Although I paid until 11 am on 26/6, they issued me a parking ticket at 8.35 am today.
It's been extremely difficult trying to appeal the parking ticket on line.
I am staying with my daughter who is due to have a baby in 2 weeks. It's taken at least 2 hours to try to appeal this parking ticket, wasting precious time out of our weekend together.
Quite frankly, I'm really unhappy that I paid this in good faith but I've been issued with a parking fine that I now have to appeal and wait 21 days to hear the outcome of.
I won't be using this car park again and it's causing me anxiety because it is so unfair and unjust.
Last time I was here, there was also issues with the car park with the app not working, I rang for help and was told I had to get cash. I explained that I hadn't got any and was told,' Not my problem, you'll have to go to a shop to get some'. Most unhelpful and disappointing customer service when I would gladly have paid over the phone. The car parking attendant arrived and could see what the issue was. Generally, my opinion of this car park is absolutely shocking.
