the parking space was full and I couldn't use it so I had to park somewhere else. I rang the owner and they didn't answer, I rang your helpline and they said they would investigate and ring me back, and they didn't. I would like a refund

This car parking space was on the safer side of town. I walked back to my car between 11-12pm with no issues. Felt safe in this area. On arrival in the morning someone was parked in the space, but contacted the owner through this app and they sorted the issue by letting the warden know and were friendly and good at responding. I would defo park here again if I was ever in Peterborough in the near future.
