Easy to book and pay
The only thing was that I wasn’t sure where to park as didn’t no if there was specific places for pre bookable spaces.

Always use this car park when getting the train to Scotland , leaving the car for up to 4 days . Is easy to find , quite busy so most of the time there's quite a few people about . I think it still has cctv . Offers good value and you'll always find a space .

Easy to book and a great location for the railway station BUT one major flaw hence the four stars ... nowhere did it say that JustPark bookings were accepted in this car park. Furthermore, all the signage stressed that you had to display either a pay and display ticket or a permit issued by the company running the car park (can't remember the name but it wasn't JustPark). So we weren't sure we were in the right place and with a train to catch it created unnecessary stress. We did a live chat with JustPark help centre and had to send a photo of the car park entrance at which point we were reassured it was the right place - but come on, JustPark, can you not JustPut a sign up saying your bookings are accepted there. The current set-up just creates unnecessary stress and confusion. Thank you!
