The pay and display machine did not work in the car park. On one of the signs with instructions for how to pay, the landline number to call was partially covered and even when you were able to read it, the number did not connect. It took me around 10 minutes to try all the different options to pay, including downloading the app and registering. The app did not recognise the car park ID number on several attempts.

horrible experience downloading the app. frustrating and time consuming. overly expensive and no explanation as to the hours of free parking. I paid £3 but got until 6am!!! very very poor. scotland must be able to do better than this!

I received a parking fine from Horizon Parking despite having paid for a ticket, correct time, correct car etc. Don't think I'll use that car park or app again
