Got yet another parking ticket despite having paid online. Such a waste of time and resources. Why offer online parking when attendants don't check for one?

Returned to car at 1700 this afternoon and found a car had parked at the space next to the entrance and blocked the exit. No warden to advise this issue. Took photos of offending vehicle. With assistance I managed to exit the park without any damage. Will not use this car park again.

ticket machine out of order phone number supplied on the ticket machine this number is not recognised when calling had to get a friend to download the app to pay as didn't have my phone bit of a shambles really totally unprofessional facility having had issues previously with your company while others were parking and leaving as the machine was out of order i took the time to pay via the app to avoid excessive fines from you
