St Anthonys Car Park

Absolute nightmare to get app to locate where you are and allow you to poay for parking. It's designed to let you book parking on someone's drive and is terribly unfriendly to people who want to pay to park inb a carpark. I really wish Cornewall Counciul hadn't changed to JustPark. because they are rubbish. I got a parking ticket because I couldn't make the app work so paid in cash, but deign;t have enough. The previous app would have reminded me that my parking was running out and allowed me to pay for longer. But maybe the Council changed to JustPark to boost their revenue

This car park has a misleading sign that lots of people think it means free between Nov and 31 March ! The ticket machine isn't working nor does it have a card payment facility. The spaces are tight for big cars and difficult to manoeuvre in and out of unless you're using the spaces along the seaside wall. All told frustrating experience for an OAP with a stretched limo.

The surface of this car park means that in wet weather it's like a mud bath.

I cannot book on the app however often I try. Where do I get assistance please?

I believed that St Anthony car park was one of my £1 Just Park venues. Please let me know. Thank you.

The app was very unresponsive

Spaces are a bit tight, not helped by people not parking straight within bays
