First time used. Easy to set up. Saved time not having to feed parking meter.

Easy to navigate, good price My only worry would be in busier times if you come and go within prepaid times - there would be no guarantee there would be available Space as there is not allocated parking for prepaid. Open to anyone for pay and display

Great location, managed to get undercover, & very good value for money.

Simple to book and perfect central position in the town, handy for the apartment we were staying in. It was very reasonable cost too as paying when you are there is much more expensive compared to booking online in advance. One thing which worried me was if there were no spaces left when we got there as there is no barrier and the car park could’ve filled up despite as having booked. Ended up not the case but still wonder if that could happen. That aside, I would definitely use the car park again through Just Park.

Really easy to book online and very happy with the cost

I got a parking ticket on the first day. This was my fault because I had entered my registration incorrectly by one letter. I have appealed and my appeal has been accepted. The member of staff on the phone at Justpark was very helpful and the situation was quickly sorted out. One comment - the website/app say nothing about displaying something saying the space is reserved through JustPark and perhaps a booking reference. I think this woul be a useful thing to do just for your own peace of mind..
