Stoney street night shift car park lads were very helpful on the 13th December. my debit card wouldn't register, and these two lads sorted it for me. No problems whatsoever. Definitely would use again.

Difficult to find even with sat nav. Staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. Got out after event really quickly. Ok it's pricey but worth it to have a guaranteed space and know car is safe. Will use again definitely

I had booked and paid for a full day. I needed to picked a large item the next morning from a store in city centre I didn't realise I could only exit once. I then had to pay a further amount for which I had already paid for that time. Disappointed, probably will not use nap again.

Postcode NG1 1LS is wrong, directing me to Plumptre Place and not Stoney Street. Also, there are two postcodes for Stoney Street, NG1 1NB and NG1 1NG, only one is correct for the carpark but not sure which. This definitely needs sorting out!
As it only costs £5 all day if entering the carpark before 08.00h the £17.06 I paid from 09.00h is not value for money.
