I texted the owner just after booking but received no reply. On arrival at the address I decided not to park. The house looked unoccupied and was not in a good state of repair. I parked on a neighbouring road.

Nice safe location, however it was very difficult to park on the drive as there was a car and wheelie bin parked across the access upon arrival.
