I have already submitted feedback and was surprised not to have received a response. It was very poor. The distance to Trent Bridge cricket ground, advertised as 5 mins was at least 20 minutes. We were advised to take a bus which we did. It was 5 minutes to the bus, a 10 minute wait and 3 stops to the ground. We have never had a poor experience with Just Parking before and were very cross.. There was no designated parking place. We parked in the road which was free.
