Too expensive. It should also not be legal to ask money to park a car outside your own house, in your own road, especially when rent and bills are already so high.

Edit: their reply doesn't even make sense. The space is outside my house, so it's my space. Why should I even pay for it? If anything, you should pay me if you want to park here.
