The flat I live in has private allocated parking spaces built underneath the building. The garage is accessed with a key, which lifts and lowers an electric shutter.
I rarely use the space myself as I don't drive, so both short and longer-term rental are available.
There is a bus stop on the street adjacent, which has all the main bus links into town (36, Y36, Indigo) and I live less than a five minutes walk to the University of Nottingham West Entrance (we live on the first left turn after the roundabout and directly opposite Broadgate Park).
The space itself is slightly awkward as it's next to a wall, however neither of the spaces next to it are used for cars, so the neighbours don't have a problem with people parking half-in-half-out if they aren't comfortable reversing the whole way in. Smaller cars won't have any problem at all either way.
Please note that I prefer longer term bookings rather than a few hours at a time.
